A division of the Milton Volunteer Pacers, the Milton Historic Preservation Committee is focused on the identification and preservation of historic sites in the City of Milton. We welcome anyone interested in the history, sites of interest, or genealogical information related to Milton and Old Milton County. Currently we are working on the creation of an ordinance that would enable the City of Milton to protect historic structures. Other projects will include the mapping and photographing of all historic structures, cemetaries, and sites of interest in the city. Our meetings, to be located at the new City Hall, will be held on the first and third Mondays of each month at 7:00 p.m. - Chairman Travis Allen
